All orders are custom cut and fulfilled within 5-10 business days. Orders are shipped via UPS and will be provided order tracking upon shipment.
Since our products are custom made to order in the USA, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, let us know and we will be happy to fix any issues with your order as long as it falls under a warranty defect or manufacturing issue.
Orders can be placed by contacting us directly or by filling out the order form on our website. Once an order is received, we will contact you to confirm final details and to process your payment.
Depending on your order size and UPS shipping method, it can take 2-5 business days to arrive at your location.
To submit a warranty claim, you simply have to contact us at info@trimte.com – we will be happy to work with you to fix any warranty defects you may have!
You have up to 90 days to submit a warranty claim.
